The Emerland Charitable Foundation supported an event dedicated to the work of Kazimir Malevich
Who was Malevich beyond the "Black Square"? What was his life like — not from textbooks, but in its details, everyday life, art, and even scents?
We discussed this with Yuriy Komelkov and Dmytro Antonuk.
The Emerland Charitable Foundation supported an event dedicated to the work of Kazimir Malevich, where all attendees immersed themselves in the life and work of the artist, learned more about him, and even experienced the "Scent of Malevich."
Among the surprises was a perfumery series created based on themes from Malevich's life: birth, baptism, life, food, black, white, immortality, and fashion designs from VOZIANOV, inspired by his art.
Event participants:
-
Yevhenii Lazarchuk, perfumer for the "Scent of Malevich" project;
-
Dmytro Antonuk, author of the "Scent of Malevich" project;
-
Fedir Vozianov, designer of the VOZIANOV brand.
The event was part of the Avant-Garde Festival: a joint project of the Avant-Garde Museum, Zoryana Pelekh — founder of the law firm Pelekh & Partners, and Match Club — a men's cultural and ethical club.
